Categories Toolbar won't expand

    In WP-admin, when trying to compose a new post the category area (widget?) won’t expand. When I click toggle there is no response. I have tried removeing and adding it via screen options but no luck. I have tried clearing cache, using Internet Explorer and FireFox as well as my standard Chrome. I have also tried it on 4 different computers.

    Other users are not affected.

    Any ideas? Thanks!
