categories ruined by WP cleanfix plugin

hey guys.. I used wp clean fix once and has deleted one of my category. No worries right? I just made a new one but it’s positioning isn’t the same anymore..

the 1st category is supposed to be “Panic Attack” and not “Anxiety”

I have used the plugin “category order” for this but no matter what I do, the category’s position are still the same..

please help me..
