Categories redirecting after update

So, I just discovered that the WordPress Categories are redirecting to odd pages on my client’s website, instead of pulling up an archive page with all the blog posts in a specific category.
I started turning off plug-ins one at a time and discovered that the problem goes away when the WordPress SEO plug-in is deactivated.
The last update I made to the plug-in was 4/30/14. Can you help resolve this? Thanks.
