Categories product on different pages

Hello!
Im making a website for a friend. The person have som products in different categories that she would like to display. Now she doesnt want them to be able to buy them straight from the website she wants the customer to email to her their order and so on. She also doesnt want it to display any prices. Is this possible in som kind of smart way to customize?
She also have different pages for different products. Is there a way to pick like a category when uploading a new product so it only displays on one page?
This might be super blurry i hope that someone can understand.
