After creating those categories, did you add them to the catalog? It looks like they haven’t been added to the catalog.

Hi, yes I did.
I created “balanzas” categorie, as usual, then I add the product “balanza BBL41” and include it in “balanzas” categorie, but neither of them are showed.
When I create “balanzas” categorie is the only catagorie that the UPC does not order by alphabetycal order and put it at the end.
I have deleted this categorie and create it again several times, and the same with the products of this categorie, but it does not work.
Any suggestion?

I understand that you added products to that category, but did you add that category to your catalog?

You need to add the category to the catalog. You can do this by going to the “Catalogues” tab, and then clicking on the catalog you want. Then you can scroll down to the box marked “Categories”, check the box beside the category you want to add and then click the “Add to Catalogue” button.

Thanks! It was resolved.
I do not know why with the other categories, they were added automatically.
