Categories Not Saving!

Hi, I have downloaded some themes from WordPress and when I go to ‘add categories’ I add them but they don’t save. I have tried going to manage categories, adding whilst in the ‘write’ text etc, nothing seems to work.

I have gone back to the default design and still it doesn’t work.

Any ideas?
