I took a look. Everything looks like it is aligning correctly to me. Can you try to elaborate more on what you are seeing? Provide me two products to compare so I can see what you do not like about how it is aligning.

Can you see that where the product title spills over two lines it offsets the whole grid?
My thinking is if I can make the product title appear in two lines on the catalog page by default, providing everything is never more than two lines, everything will align.

I looked in developer tools to find out you are using Virtue Premium theme. Is that correct?
What is happening is the script does not seem to be loading correctly on every page load because I also refreshed the page a few times and sometimes the grid stays aligned while others I see the issue you are describing. I would suggest contacting theme support and asking them to help you fix this.
