Hi, I’m having an issue with the Catalog Match Rate, which stays at 0% despite thoroughly checking the setup.

Our store uses variable products, and we’ve configured the Facebook pixel using the PixelYourSite plugin. We’ve confirmed that events like AddToCart are correctly sending the content_ids and content_type parameters to the pixel. Additionally, the IDs being sent match those in the product catalog.

Despite these checks, the match rate percentage remains at 0%.

Is there something specific I need to adjust in the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin or in the Facebook catalog to fix this issue?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello, and than you for reaching out.

If you are experiencing an issue with the catalog match rate, please check the following documentation: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/644889989181423?id=725943027795860

Also, does your site require you to use two pixel plugins? If so, what is each of them used for?

Please let us know if you are able to fix the issue.

    Kind regards,
