Catalog Images Load Slowly

Hi. I’m noticing that some of my products’ catalog images are loading slowly according to Google’s website speed test. My site is Regalities.com.

Here’s my problem step by step.
1. I uploaded products to my Gold Charms category and ran a google speed test.
2. Google said all of my catalog images needed to be compressed.
3. I downloaded each of my product featured images, and edited them in my photo program (paint.net).
4. I scaled them down to roughly 400 by 400 and lowered the quality, this made each image between 50KiB – 100KiB.
5. I ran the speed test again. My rating went from 59/100 to 92/100.

I thought I fixed the issue, so I added a few earrings to my website. I edited each of the featured images the exact same way I did for the charms, but I am still getting error notifications from Google telling me I need to optimize the images. I downloaded EWWW Image Optimizer, and ran it on all of the products in my Earrings category, but that didn’t change anything.

I really need to get my pages loading quickly, and I am doing everything in my power to make my images as small as possible. How can I make my categories load quickly?

Again, my website is Regalities.com. It’s still a work in progress, so only a few categories have items. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
