Catagories remain below links

Hi and thanks for the plugin.
I set it up like advised, but the Catagories are visual below the actual links.
I want ofcourse the catagories on top of the page, and all links underneath it.
When i click on one of the catatgories, the page does move somewhat to
the bottom indicating it thinks the links are below the Catagories.
I tried changeing the shortcode order in the WP wysiwyg editor on the relavent page.

Maybe someone can help me solving this.
