Cash on delivery – a problem

    Hello, I have a problem setting up payment on delivery, the choice receives a message: “Sorry, but for your region is not available to any method of payment. Please contact us if you need clarification or want to discuss alternative methods of payment.” What am I doing wrong ?casch on delivery

    You are using a plugin, which enables / disables the payment method for shipping methods? Eg. Active payments WP Desk?

    no I do not have any plug-ins or without plug does not act this correctly?
