Case sensitive search

It seems the search form is case sensitive.
on http://alarmhjaelp.dk/faq/ if i search for “kobler” i get 4 hits, if i search for “Kobler” i get non.
Where do i chance the case insensitive? The DB is running with utf8_general_ci
