cart without delivery hangs with loaders (debug enabled)

    when a cart contains only products that do not require delivery, all blocks hang with loaders because of

    Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in wp-content\plugins\woo-shipping-dpd-baltic\public\class-dpd-public.php on line 287

    as
    $current_shipping_method = explode( ':', $chosen_shipping_methods[0] );
    assumes that delivery will always be present but $chosen_shipping_methods is null in this case

    Also can you describe a little bit more about it, is this loader is loading all the time, can you finish your payment?

    The loader gets stuck because of it, and as it is overlaying all elements you cannot proceed to the payment window.
