Cart Page Item Removal

Hi,

My cart is still automatically adding the rate for “spices” to orders. I’ve deleted all shipping options related to spices but it’s still showing up in my cart. I’ve cleared all the cache on my end and via wpengine but it’s still showing up. I’m out of ideas. Any suggestions?

Hi @504help. Can you post a screenshot of what you mean and steps to replicate? I’m not able to see this on the site in the link.

The spices in the cart total is not supposed to be there.

In order to replicate. Go to my store and place an apparel item in your cart.

Hi there,

Thank you for the clarification! You had mentioned removing shipping options about spices, however that line appears to be (perhaps) a tax rate rather than shipping:

If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, if you open up your tax rate tables at the top of that page, do you see any tax rates entered with a “Tax name” of “Spices”?

Thanks, Kelly! That was it. I would’ve never thought to look at taxes but have fixed it and it looks correct now.
