    Hi there

When we create our custom Follow Up Emails

We notice that the link we use in the template does not appear on actual email testing

{{cart.checkout_url}} also when I try to update the ' to replace with ‘ and save it it’s not applying to the link and the ' appears again? I try to click the link widget here https://prnt.sc/1qtof7a but it’s not adding a link I edit it manually but it does not save my quotes and always replaces this '

    https://prnt.sc/1qto1yr

    Hope you can help us

    Hello @tinzion,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You do not need to edit it manually. First, type the text that you want to add. Then, select the text and add the shortcode as a link. The HTML will look as below.

    Hello
I’m trying to find the WCAR Fields “button” but I haven’t been able to use it. How do I activate it?

    Hello @nicoquiles1974,

It should not happen. There might be a conflict with other plugins. Can you please check by deactivating other plugins?

You can find all the WCAR Shortcodes from the below doc.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Did you resolve this? If not, this is how my email calls for the customer abandon cart link `<a href=”'{{cart.checkout_url}}'” target=”'_blank'” rel=”'noopener'”> Continue Your Purchase Here </a>
    {{cart.product.table}}`

First step is to access your host server email access (mine is through cPanel / Roundcube Webmail but any webmail client via your server and check the test email there… when I did this the email was present and the link works just fine. It is the outside email clients like Gmail that remove these potentially harmful links.

When the email is sent, it is passed through your email server… if this is a shared server you might not have an option to fix this and may have to move to a dedicated or leased server VPS before you can address it properly. Ask the host to setup Reverse DNS — this helps Gmail and others identify you are for real. There are additional steps you can take to reinforce your identity on the net that will help keep links from being removed and your email from hitting the Spam box but you can look those up yourself now that you have path to follow.

    hope this helps…
