    Hello I am having issues with my cart, when I add and item then click on view cart it says my cart is empty, but then go to a different page and it’s still there. here is my system report. I have googled it and tried what they all said and it still isn’t working.

    Hi @aleckb98

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:
     

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    I have attempted to do so and it is still running the same issue. I have contacted my host as well and they do not have a cache installed

    Hi @aleckb98,

    This is a strange issue indeed, I see the same thing currently on your site (looks like Storefront is active currently).

    Could you try a couple of things to see if they help out at all. First set some permalinks outside of the default ones. When logged in head to Settings > Permalinks.
