  • Hi @michaeljc

We just had a look and it seems like the add to cart action hooked ( oceanwp_add_cart_single_product ) in the theme is not fetching the product ID properly while passing ( Add to cart / Subscribe ) action. Please check and let us know.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. The product does have an ID, but the shop is set to not show the product IDs (I think) as no other standard products do either.
I’ve created a new ‘clean’ product as a test and this is still occurring? But when changed to a standard Product it works fine. How would you advise I fix this?

Hi, as a quick addition to the above. I have Woo set to ‘Guests can checkout’. Would you need to create a login before you can order a subscription? thanks.

Hi, yes that works, so looks like users must create a login before check out. That is a shame as creating a login is a barrier to a sale, but I understand why. I’d be interested to know if this changes at any point to allow guest checkout 🙂
Many thanks for your help on this, really appreciate the quick response 🙂
