Hi @jbijman
Thank you for using our plugin.
The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce Bundles plugin. I don’t know which bundle plugin are you using.
Please note that you can not use simple and bulk pricing rule same side on a product and these rules can not work together.
Please do not use the “Disable calculate cart totals” option and it can cause some issues.
You can try the below option instead.
– Go to the plugin settings – general tab – product pricing section.
– Set the “Product Base Price” to the “Cart item price”.
– Set the “On-Sale Products Price” to the “On-sale price”.
– Save changes and try it again.
You can send us the below information to let us check it.
– A full page screenshot of your created rules.
– Link to the product that you used in the rule.
– A screenshot of the issue and what is the valid values and prices?
– Any extra information that can help us to get the issue.
You can contact us here.
Best Regards
Hi, thanks! That worked out!
Only the total discounts in the cart isn’t working right. It gives a wrong amount. Any idea what that can be?
I am using the Yith bundle plugin.
Sorry, i can’t contact you via the contact form. Can you help me out here? Or give me an emailadres.
Hi @jbijman
Please note that the total discount includes the WooCoommerce on sale prices too, for example if a product regular price is 20 and its on-sale price is 18 then the total price will include the 2$ as a discount that the customer get.
You can disable the total discount from the plugin settings – promotion tab – total discounts section.
If the above tip can not help you may be there is an incompatibility with your bundle plugin.
I hope it helps.
Regards
Hi @asanaplugins , i think there is a incompatibility. Is there an option to fix this?
Hi @jbijman
Unfortunately, there is not an option for your bundle plugin if it is incompatibility with that.
