Hi,
When someone clicks “add to cart” the shopping cart does appear with the quantity “1” in it. If you change the quantity and hit “return” like it suggests the page refreshes and the cart becomes empty.

This is very problematic.

Please help!

Hi, can you enable Debug Mode. Then carry out another test and then check the log files.

Also do you have a cache plugin installed? Can you share your URL with the sopping cart?

Thanks for your reply,

I enabled debug mode.
Entered something into the cart and adjusted the quantity to replicated the error.
I then checked the log file… it’s empty.

Hi, you did not answer the question about a cache plugin? Can you also share the shortcodes you are currently using.

Caching solutions can do this as suggested by @mbrsolution.

However, this can also happen if the PHP session on your site is not working. The following post has useful info:
