Cart and Checkout wrong total

    Dear Support Team,

    I’m using Woocommerce Booking in ordr to sell one day experiences.

    I properly set all the features (product is virtual, has person)

    When the customer has to select the number of people, in the booking page the total is correct but after clicking on book now he is redirect to the cart where the total is not correct (seems that is not considering the number of the persons). the same if i proceed to checkout

    Could you please help me on htat?

    Hi Lorenzo, WooCommerce Bookings is not part of WooCommerce core. If you purchased the bookings extension you are entitled to premium support so please get in touch with support so they can assist you, you can create an ticket via your WooCommerce.com account or use the contact form at https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

    Thanks for your reply!!

    I’ve bought the plugin back in 2015 on Envato Studio. Unfortunately i don’t have a woocomeerce Acconunt. When i go to the link you gave me i see :

    Connect an existing WooCommerce.com account to your WordPress.com account to continue managing existing purchases, tickets and subscriptions

    I’ve created a Worpress Account but now when i log in the website i can only reach https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    i don’t think this is the right place to request support on that plug in and i feel to be in a loop 🙁

    Hey there,

    If you purchased it back in 2015, then it’s very likely that you don’t have an active license for it any longer. To receive support, you’ll need both the current version and an active license. If you do have an active license, please let us know by creating a normal contact us email – we’ll help you find it.

    Otherwise, I highly recommend repurchasing the Bookings plugin and updating:
