Carrossel not working

    I’m trying to add a Carousel, and it usually works great, but for some reason it’s not loading properly – it just shows blank where it should be. I tried rolling back to a previous version, but nothing 🙁

    I have 300M for the memory limit, so it’s not that!

    to access the website, you need to put the following login in the alert window:

    Thanks for contacting Leap13 support!

    Could you please navigate to WP Dashboard and click on PA Assets button in WP Admin Bar and you can Clear All Generated Assets or Clear Page Generated Assets. Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

    Please let me know if it did the trick.

    It does, but as soon as I refresh the site, it disappears again – do you know what is causing it?

    Hope you’re doing well today 🙂

    Don’t worry, this happens when “Dynamic Assets Generate” feature is enabled when you have your website is password protected. Dynamic Assets generates a CSS/JS file for each page based on the premium elements included in that page only. This helps to improve your website performance.

    So, you can simply disable this feature from your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> Widgets & Addons tab, and enable it again once you get your site done 🙂
