Carousel with one last permanent item

Hi, thanks for this amazing plugin!

I’m wondering if there is a way to have a fixed last one item on carousels that links to other page, let’s say the blog page.
For example, in a post carousel with 8 posts, have a permanent 9th element that is always the same and has a button or link labeled “See more” linked to “all posts” blog archive. This last one could be a fixed post.
