I’ve been building out my site and using the premium elementor addons plugin mostly for the really great carousel. Thanks you guys for making it so great!

Unfortunately, after the last update, the carousel no longer displays properly and instead stacks the content panels vertically instead of allowing a visitor to scroll through them. In editing mode it looks fine, but for an actual visitor it doesn’t work at all.

Everything is up-to-date and the issue exists in multiple browsers, and I haven’t been able to make any progress with it. Thanks for the great product, I hope this is something that is easy to fix!

To the surprise of no one, it turns out that the problem is relatively simple and basically my fault. I just want to say that I went to the facebook page and got help, and the Leap13 team is incredibly supportive and awesome. Props to you guys, honestly 10 stars out of 5. One of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had, you guys are amazing!

To anyone that has this problem in the future, pay extra attention to your minifying and optimizing plugins. Try deactivating them or installing alternatives and see if that helps fix the carousel.

    You guys are the best!
