    Hi There,

    So basically the live mode isn’t working? Can you wait for some more time and then try again? this time make sure to use a valid credit card in the live mode. Let me know how it goes. Make sure to enable the logging at **WooCommerce >> Settings >> Checkout >> Stripe** to understand whats really going on.

    Hi, I tried to make a payment in live mode with a valid card and get the same error. The plugin version is 3.0
    The test mode is disabled

    Please make sure both your settings in your WooCommerce site is in live mode and also your Stripe account is in live mode.

    I’ve done it, WooCommerce is live mode, the plugin also Stripe and Stripe account as well, but it gives the same error

    Actually sounds like you’re input test keys in the live fields.

    You’re right, Mike. I copied the API keys in test mode and 4 were for test mode.
