  • @silvae Sharing the code of that shortcode can help us to fix that issue.

    Here it is :

    <div>[caption id="attachment_26588" align="alignright" width="320"]<img class="wp-image-26588 size-full" src="http://www.eurekoi.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/eurekoi_carte_noel_italie.jpg" alt="carte postale de Noël italienne - " width="320" height="215" /> SEM logo via Wikimedia Commons carte postale de Noël italienne[/caption]</div>
    <div> </div>

    <div>

    have you asked the developer of your theme for help?
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

    does the shortcode work if you temporarily switch to the default theme Twenty Sixteen?

    I too am having the same problem on this page: http://culturehog.com/arts-culture-magazine

    You can see the shortcode doesn’t translate into anything it’s just says “[caption…]”

    The theme doesn’t modify anything. Did anyone find a solution?
