It should be – you can just leave the editing text box empty in the slides that you don’t want to have a caption. Let me know if this doesn’t do the job for you.

thanks for the quick help.
that works,but i need to style that caption.
For example, if i put a background on the caption, the style will be applied to all, even if they dont have captions.
Any ideas on how i can do that?

Ah ok, yes I’ve come across this before – I’ve just updated the code in the github repository, you can download the updated plugin here: https://github.com/tallphil/cpt-bootstrap-carousel/archive/master.zip
This change will go out with the other updates when I get around to pushing a new version to wordpress.org. Please let me know if it does the job (or breaks everything!).
