Just want to clarify, are you using Contact Form 7 ? If so, you need to install this plugin to enable captcha https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-captcha/
If not, could you share the plugin homepage?

It works fine with me. I suggest you try to disable all plugins except the cf plugin and also check if there is a javascript error by using chrome browser then navigate to Javascript Console (refer to this image: http://prntscr.com/5s5vcm ) . If you see any red colored text there. Take a screenshot, upload, and link it here. 🙂

Thank You very much for your great support.I have just deactivated other plugin as u have mentioned and bingo…now the captcha image works fine ..Really thanking u vry much again…Problem resolved.
