Captcha suddenly broken

As others have mentioned, it seems as though the Google CAPTCHA component within Caldera Forms has suddenly stopped working.

I’ve tested with various browsers and computers and the tick-box doesn’t display. It will show for half a second then disappear from the page.

I’m not sure whether this is a wider problem with Google or an issue specific with Caldera Forms.

Any help/resolution would be appreciated!
