CAPCHA Error Message at these links in main site, will not allow submitting booking request. Tried making a new page; same error again.

If the captcha always returns an “incorrect captcha” message then your website may have a plugin or CDN removing all the website cookies. Please check if you have a plugin of this type or a CDN / server optimization software that may be removing the cookies.

I’m experiencing this same issue. It was happening prior to installing any Cookie Compliance plugins, or Optimisation plugins as the client flagged it before I’d installed them.
Can you provide the name of the cookie so that I can ask my web host to check they’re not blocking it please?

The cookie is rand_code_1 . If there are multiple forms in the page then will be rand_code_1, rand_code_2, rand_code_3,…

Thanks for the info, I passed that onto my web host, they actually found in the end that the GET request was being cached, so that resolved my issue, just purchased the full license for your plugin (via my colleague), thanks very much 🙂
