Everything from this link is correctly done.
Also it used to work fine, but isn’t anymore without any changes from my side.
How do i share my recaptcha config with you safely?

We have tried to register on your site, but we did not find any issue. You can see in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/dnCnsFnwskeu. If you have enabled the google Recaptcha from your Form individual settings and added the API key on your user registrations >> settings >> integration, please provide us a screenshot of these two configurations.
