    Hi everyone,

According to this article – https://woocommerce.com/posts/adapt-for-the-future-with-facebook-conversions-api/ all i need to do to implement FB’s conversion API is to have the plugin linked to my facebook accounts.

In manage integrations pixel says API is active and I can see events for instance View Content to use Connection method Server.

However in Pixel settings scroll down to “Conversions API”
Set up through a partner integration

    Is not connected to woocommerce.

My question is should it be connected or not from inside the pixel settings in order for the CAPI to work properly.

Please someone write the exact steps of how to connect the FB pixel for browser and for capi.

    Kind Regards

  • Hi @gndbooks,

This article – https://woocommerce.com/posts/adapt-for-the-future-with-facebook-conversions-api/ is correct.

All you have to do to implement FB’s conversion API is to have the plugin connected to your Facebook account.

If this is not the case after successfully connecting to Facebook, I’d like to take a look at your site’s system status report.

It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Thanks!
