Capability Regarding Media Library Files

    Hi,
    Previously I saw the capability arrangement of media library files (like ‘delete’)
    But now there is nothing.

    Pls assist, I need image uploader cannot delete images in media library.
    The case is in Woocommerce Multi Vendor Product Adding. After upload the image, user can see (AND DELETE) all images
