Canvas size

Hi @bpm125!

If the sliders of your slider use Canvas mode only then the height of the Slider depends on the height your specified at Slider Settings>Size tab>Slide Size>Height:

If that wouldn’t work, then you probably have slides where the layers are added in Content mode:

since in Content mode the height of the slider depends on the tallest slide also the content can increase the height of the slide if that would fit to the defined area. This means, if you have at least one slide in the slider that has too much content and that increases the height of that slide, the whole slider will be higher, and big gaps can occur on the rest of the slides.

If you couldn’t find out what is causing the problem, please open a support ticket with a link for your site and with an export of your slider.
