There is just not enough information here to troubleshoot properly.
Reply back with any errors you get on screen, or errors from your php or apache logs.

I would also recommend running a serialized Search and Replace on your site, bc there are likely paths being stored that are from the old host :

i.e. /home/oldsite/public_html/website –> /home/newsite/public_html/website

Also, what method did you use to migrate the files and the database ?
