• I’ve been trying to publish posts that aren’t marked as private, but I keep getting the generic page that I originally had when I first bought the domain name. It says: “This site is under development
This is a default template, indicating that the webmaster has not yet uploaded a Web site to the server.”

How do I fix this so that I can view the page I published?

  • Did you get a chance to consult the FAQ or support page on your web hosts site for instructions on how to remove the placeholder page from your new web space?

Yes, I consulted the support page for my webhost, iPage, but I couldn’t find anything that told me how to remove the placeholder.

Do they offer any means of contacting them to request that information or assistance?

Hi Clayton… I just gave them a call and they had to rename a file in my file manager. It works now. Thanks so much for the suggestion – keep up the good work! =D
