can't view new theme on site

    I’ve been trying to install some new themes for my site but when I click on the preview button, it’s blank. Then when I set up the options and view the site, everything is still blank.

    This has happened with a free Woo theme and one I just bought from ThemeForest. I thought maybe the free Woo theme was corrupted but when it happened with my new purchased theme, I realized that either my site has been hacked or there is something else seriously wrong.

    What is the fix for this? Should I reinstall WP? and what would be the best way to do that?
