can't use client-side after updating WP

    I’ve just updated WordPress to version 3.1.1 and now I can’t use the administrator section of my website. Thankfully my website can still be viewed by visitors but it’s just I can’t log in to change anything.

    Each time I try and log in, it forwards to the URL extention:

    /wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F

    Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
