Just tried testing with Hueman Addons Version 1.0.8 and Hueman Version: 3.2.9
I am able to navigate in Appearance -> Customize without any issue.
The back arrow works for me.

Please try clearing any cache plugin’s cache content and clear your browser history.
If it still does not work for you. Please try looking for plugin conflict.
Leaving Hueman Addons plugin activated, proceed to disable other plugins one at a time, and clear your browse history before re-visiting Appearance -> Customize
Do this until you find the plugin that’s causing conflict.

I’ve got the same problem.
I can open and close the first level (global settings, Header ….)
There is no coming back from the second level (i.e. General Design options) to the first one.
I tried in in different Browsers, i deactivated all installed plugins, the WordPress is brand new, the Hueman Version are Hueman Addons Version 1.0.8 and Hueman Version: 3.2.9.
And for some mystical reason, after changing the layout to two columns, content left and deleting several widgets:
Everything works fine!
I also experienced this issue using Hueman Version 3.2.10 with no Addons. I’d changed to two columns, but didn’t see the back arrow restored to functionality until I installed Addons Version 1.0.8. (and maybe after logging in again – that may have been material). It’s working properly now.
