Can't upload images

Hi,

I tried following this tutorial to make the ads https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tLkgM1vvz8. But I can’t upload any images. Every time I try to upload images by clicking on the “Select or Upload” button it just brings me to the top of the page and removes the stuff I’ve typed in the title and description boxes.

I just installed this plugin on a new wordpress site version 3.9
