    Hi,
I need help. Perhaps it’s a glitch, but
    1. The option to upload photos is not available (as is shown in the instruction video)
    2. Where the options are (there are only three), if i click on other options the thing flashes and i cant read it
    3. Id be happy just having the html to create the gallery and be able to attach id numbers from photos into it such as : “3345,3346,3347”
    4. All the photos i want are already uploaded on my word press library, is it possible to move them in big lumps to next gen galleries?

  • Hi @spielfuchs,

    Options should be visible.
Please, first try to check if your WordPress install meets our requirements
    https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/

Let’s check if it is an existing conflict:
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

If you want to import your galleries from your WordPress Media Library to NextGEN Gallery, here is a nice tutorial you can check:
    https://www.imagely.com/docs/import-images-nextgen-gallery/

We are happy to help, please, keep us posted.
