Can't update products or posts

Several things that I’m having trouble with:

This is “our wines” page, but I cannot edit it. There are about 3 or 4 pages to edit, but they are all blank.

I am in prelaunch and am not able to update certain posts on my site. There is the Crocker wine product on this page. It is not linked to it in the back office and I am not able to take it off this page

There should only be Joseph George Wine on this page. I tried going to the other products and unlink them but they were not linked. Also, the thumbnail does not show the bottle, but shows up on the details page when you click on it.

Even after clearing the cache, and trying a number of things, the pages won’t update.

Also, The links on my bread crumb navigation don’t link back to the original page.

Example-
1- Go to this page: http://173.201.242.197/?page_id=18
2- Click on the first person ‘Bert’ to view more text on his separate page which will take you to this page: http://173.201.242.197/?p=732
3- If you click on the bread crumb navigation for Our People, it should return you back to the original Our People page : http://173.201.242.197/?page_id=18
Instead, it takes you to a composite post page: http://173.201.242.197/?cat=12
can anyone tell me how I can direct it correctly back to Our People page? : http://173.201.242.197/?page_id=18
