Cant update plugins on wordpress for cient

    i am trying to update plugins for a clients wordpress site as you normally do but then i found most of them cant be updated due to some errors along the lines of:

    404page – your smart custom 404 error page:
    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

    Yoast SEO:
    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

    i also cant update WordPress to latest version it gives error:

    Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/en_GB/wordpress-5.2.4.zip…

    Download failed.: The checksum of the file (8dce86d8d9ebaa49aef0daa0b4bc8915) does not match the expected checksum value (9cf4c31970e790aed83c88fb350ac8c7).

    Installation Failed
