Can't update my WP version

    When I try to update, i get this message.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2976402 bytes) in /home/janfolso/public_html/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 1408

    What do I need to do?
