    Hi i have tried to contact premium support but the submit buttons on both the contact form and the open ticket form does not work. I have an active subscription GOLD, but cant update to lates version: An error occurred while updating Prevent Direct Access Gold: Download failed. cURL error 28: Failed to connect to s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com port 443 after 4499 ms: Could not connect to server

    I have version 3.3.11 and im trying to update to 3.3.12

    I tried to reproduce the issue on my end, but I couldn’t, as the update process is working fine on our staging site.

    The issue might be related to your server. I’ve attached the download link of PDA Gold 3.3.12 version here. Could you please install it by uploading the attached ZIP file and let me know if it works?

    Also, could you let us know which email address you used to send the contact form? We’d like to check our spam folder in case your email ended up there.

    The email is post@norskwebservice.no but i could not submit as the submit button wasnt active after i filled out the form. I tried to change browser
