Can’t update company info

    Hi, I manage the website of a Third Sector Entity (TSE) o Third Sector Organization (TSO) / Not-for-profit organization (o non-profit organization).
    We aren’t able to clear the request to update the info to continue receive the payouts. We provided all the documents we had but we can’t clear the message or solve the issue, after some days it keeps telling to update the info. Since they’re a non-profit organization there’s no board of directors or things of that sort, we uploaded the minutes of the constituent assembly but it wasn’t enough.
    How can we proceed? Let me know if you need any more info or a direct contact with the non-profit organisation.
