Can't translate "items"

Hello everyone,

I’m setting up a simple website selling lamp cables in Sweden on textilkablar.se/, and I’m almost done except a little annoying thing. Everything is translated except “items” under the product categories on the start page. I’ve looked through all .po-files but just cannot find it. Could it be somewhere else?

The developer to the theme I’m using is no longer responding to support questions, so I’m a bit lost here… help would be very appreciated!
