Can’t Send PayPal Payment | WordPress.org

We just launched the Give Donation plugin and on testing, one of our partners is getting the following error on submitting her payment:

“We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal”

I rechecked everything and it appears to be configured correctly. Is this an issue with the plugin or her account?

Hi @artifactdigital – It sounds like there’s something going on with the sender’s account. Have you received previous paypal donations prior or is this happening to everyone? A quick google of the error message brings up some threads where they are saying it’s likely the senders account: https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/About-Payments/We-can-t-send-your-payment-right-now-If-you-keep-running-into/td-p/1104638?profile.language=en
