    Hello,

    I am no able to send out emails.

    The following error message appears:
    Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet Sending Service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

    You may have reached the subscriber limit of your plan. Manage your subscriptions.
    You may have had a poor deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

    I have the same issue. It says it is pauzed. Then I click the button to continue.
    Then the same error message comes up. But nothing is send at all.

    I have read your troobleshooting pages, but the solutions there are not helping.

    At ‘Sending”it says (translated from Dutch)

    “The 3 most recent post form our blog”
    Status: 0/0
    Opened, clicked: 0,0% 0,0%
    Send on: (nothing, no date and time)

    I have checked with some of the subscribers, they have not received anything.`

    This message means the sending has been paused for your account due to poor deliverability rates. In this case, you should contact us so we can work together to have it restored.

    Please let me know what is the URL of your website, so we can check your account and contact you about it.

    The website URL = https://lokaaltilburg.nl

    We only use MailPoet once a month and have a very short list of subscribers, only 28 or so. So, I really wonder why we have this poor deliverability rates.
    How has that happened?

    Hey @lokaaltilburg, I just sent you an email with more details about why sending is paused. Please check your mailbox and reply to our email so we can get it solved 😉

    I have found the mail and deleted the emailaddress that caused the trouble. Thank you!!
