Can’t select database *NEED HELP!*

    I know my database is good (confirmed in my cpanel for my site) but I just cannot for the life of me be able to connect to my mysql server! How do I connect? I want to elevate the privileges on my mysql account to root then I should be good to go!

    Can’t select database

    We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the booze_wp database.

    * Are you sure it exists?
    * Does the user booze_root have permission to use the booze_wp database?
    * On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_booze_wp. Could that be the problem?

    If you don’t know how to setup a database you should contact your host. If all else fails you may find help at the WordPress Support Forums.
