Can’t see Visual Editor in 2.6.5

Hi all, I’ve researched this topic quite a lot but I can’t see to find the option in 2.6.5 for setting the visual editor in my profile. I’ve gone to dashboard >> users >> and looked around to try and allow both editors to work.

WordPress is only allowing me to use the HTML editor and when I click visual nothing happens. I guess many of you have seen this error before and could help me out?
